The GLIMR pilot project is a computerized meta-database that describes databases and information about the Great Lakes in a user-friendly manner. It is both a source and a marketing tool for information belonging to Environment Canada - Ontario Region, the National Water Research Institute, the Department of Fisheries and Oceans and Atmospheric Environment Service.
